Maisonette 'PLI' - Platanos, Leros

This lovely and charming traditional maisonette dates from the 19th century and is located in Platanos village, right in the heart of Leros. It has been completely renovated since 2020 and is equipped with all comforts. The modern design and the details which have been applied inside the maisonette, together with the fantastic views over Leros Castle, the neoclassical houses and the ambiance of the surroundings, creates a vibrant atmosphere of exciting tensions and romance. The layout of the maisonette is tailored to all the necessities that make a holiday a big success. The first floor has a dinning area, an extensive space to relax and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking appliances, a fridge and freezer and last but not least a dishwasher. The complete area itself can be cooled by a large but quiet air fan which is mounted on the ceiling. The adjacent (lockable) bathroom is completely as if you were at home, equipped with shower, toilet and hair dryer and even a bidet is present. Inside the bathroom there's also the washing machine installed. Through a few steps on the stairway there's the upper floor which serves as the bedroom. This beautiful romantic space has been prepared with the utmost care and detail. It has two double beds, a sofa to relax (which also can serve as a one person sleeping bed), a large wardrobe and antique cupboard. The room has three windows (with manageable screens to avoid mosquitoes coming in) which can easily be opened from the inside and gives you a spectaculair view over the castle and surroundings. The area is equipped with air conditioning in case nights are too warm (or cold). In the corner there's also an extra storage cabinet, stocked with a vacuum cleaner, a portable clothes dryer, clothing rack, iron and iron board. The traditional thick walls of the maisonette provide absolute privacy and last but not least there's free unlimited Wi-Fi available. This is a non-smoking faciltity. Free unlimited Wi-Fi is available within the whole maisonette. Also fixed USB-connections are installed throughout the premises. The Wi-Fi code and password will be handed over by the supervisor. Hot water is always available.
