This luxurious 6 bedroom home sits right on the edge of Lake Macquarie in Raffertys Resort, with native bushland on one side and a 30 second stroll to the Resorts main swimming pool, cafe and restaurant on the other side. The ground floor incorporates the gourmet kitchen with granite bench-tops, dishwasher, stainless steel two door fridge, and has a TV built in to the kitchen rear wall. There is also an Ipod/Ipad docking station in the kitchen for your listening pleasure. The private courtyard with casual lounge furniture, leads off from the dining area, adjacent to the kitchen. The magnificent dining table is large enough for 12 guests and would be perfect for for a banquet style meal. The large fully fenced grounds also have a private rear courtyard with large Webber BBQ and an outdoor shower. The disabled accessed bathroom is on the ground level as are two bedrooms with 2 single beds each, and a master bedroom with Queen bed. The master suite also has an ensuite with double 18 jet spa bath, shower and toilet area. Upstairs there are another 3 bedrooms (mirroring those down below including the spa bath!). The over sized lounge area incorporates a wall mounted 106 cm Smart TV, Foxtel, and DVD player. A large study area is situated off the lounge room and would be perfect for a reading room if you would like to escape into your own space. The large glass sliding doors opening onto large undercover porch with a remote controlled sun roof. The house is fully air conditioned with ducted air throughout and ceiling fans as well for added comfort. Wifi is included. The expansive lake views are a bonus and the house is perfectly positioned for privacy. On the ground floor there is also a fully equipped laundry and separate toilet area. It is just a 30 second stroll to the Resort's main swimming pool, cafe and restaurant. As well as the luxury and pure indulgence Pelican Escape provides, you also have free access to all the amenities the Resort provides, including the swimming pools, tennis courts, lakeside beach, fine dining restaurant, boat ramp etc. Please note: The resort facilities, including the pools and restaurants, are now open.
