This family house is located in a quiet hamlet in Cancale, between the sea and the town centre, you will be 5 minutes by bike from the beach of Port Mer and the shops. This holiday home is ideal for families and friends. With its large living room, its large fully equipped kitchen, its 3 double bedrooms (one with twin beds), and its small bedroom under the roof that can accommodate 2 small children. It also has 2 shower rooms and a beautiful unheated indoor pool. A large equipped kitchen, a dining room with double lounge, a shower room with separate toilet. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, the first with a 160cm bed, the second with a 160cm bed that can be separated into 2 single beds, the third with a 160cm double bed and the fourth is very small with 2 pull-out beds and a shower room with numerous cupboards and storage space. In the garden, you can enjoy a terrace for lunch or dinner outside, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, a private swimming pool in a space that can open onto the garden with its bay windows.
