From the living room (large screen TV) and from the large terraces you can soak up a stunning view over the surrounding Umbrian hills. Inside the property you will find a kitchen that is perfectly equipped, so you will enjoy cooking and using local specialities such as wine, olive oil, boletus mushrooms and truffles. The accomodatoin can house up to 16 guests and boasts 7 lovely bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. In the large park, approx. 70 mt from the house, is the inviting swimming pool with sun terrace where you can rest, relax and soak up the sun. Leaving this little paradise will be hard! A baby bed and cook can be booked upon request ( to be reserved at confirmation). Do not miss a visit to the interesting surrounding sites such as the nearby medieval Stroncone, the pictoresque Spoleto and Rieti.
