Located on a hill with magnificent sea view, Villa Aliki is a perfect holiday destination for families and groups! This striking residence is surrounded by the nature offering total tranquility but at the same time it is close to all the amenities. The three-storey 170 m2 villa is furnished with elegant and minimal styles and it can accommodate 8 people in beds and up to 9 people if necessary. Layout Ground Floor Entering the ground floor’s independent apartment guests will find a sitting area and a kitchenette, as well as two single beds (which can also be used as a king size bed if required). A second bedroom offering two bunk beds, as well as a bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub are also available on this level. Also, the room offers a sofa bed and its airy and sunny. First Floor On the first floor there is an open plan area consisted of living room and kitchen. The living area features a comfortable sofa, open fireplace, 50’’ HDTV and dining table. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances for a self-catered holiday and has direct access to the outdoor dining area with gas barbecue facilities and the pool. A bedroom with a king size bed, also offering outdoor access, and an additional bathroom with shower, double sinks and a washing machine also exist on the first floor. Second Floor A staircase leads to the second floor, where the master bedroom is located. The room features a king size bed and has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin with a hydromassage column, as well as exit to the large veranda with a pergola. INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA: Villa Aliki is located on Akrotiri peninsula, close to a small traditional village of Horafakia and a short drive away from Chania town (25 minutes). The villa is built on a hill surrounded by nature very close to the sea! In Horafakia village you will be able to find a mini market, bakery, butcher, gas station, newsagent shop and some amazing traditional taverns which we will indicate you the exact location on your arrival. Furthermore 7 km away from the villa there is a bigger village called Kounoupidiana where you will be able to find any kind of shops you may need such as traditional taverns, pharmacy, medical center, post office and many more. Regarding Akrotiri area, there are some remarkable historical monuments, monasteries and churches, caves, the famous tombs of Venizelos and many places with archaeological interests. The closest beach from the villa is the small unorganised and wild beach of  Macherida around 650 m away and around 3.5 km away you will find the famous beach of Stavros where “Zorbas” was filmed.
