Villa Villanovizza in Barban with pool

It used to be the custom not only to demarcate your own property, but also to give it a name. So this part of Barban was called "Villanovizza". The name still appears on the maps and plans of this municipality and the new and modern holiday home was also named after it. At the exit of the small town of Barban, the house is 260 m above sea level and offers a wonderful view of the valley of the Rasa river and the Ucka Mountains. After a few years of successful letting to recurring holiday guests, the owners have decided to make the house even better and to turn it into a small “villa”. The new swimming pool (3.5 x 7 m) in the garden completes the offer.
