The owner of the villa is a renowned paint artist and his works of art are carefully exhibited around the house completing the unique character and spirit of this building. Top notch fabrics, furniture, designer elements, decorative items and electrical equipment is used in all rooms. All facilities are in immaculate condition. Access to all bars, cafes, restaurants are within a few minutes of walking distance, nevertheless, Villa offers absolute privacy in a quiet and relaxing environment. Villa is 250 sq.m. in indoor size and features a basement with 2 bedrooms, bathrooms, a living room, supporting facilities and direct access to villa's private garden and pool area. A ground-floor featuring the large living room, kitchen and a direct access to the private Pool. Also a large Veranda, perfect for your early breakfast meals or for relaxing nights with your friends or family sipping your favorite wine. On the first floor, you will find 2 Bedrooms with views towards the sea accompanied by a very large veranda and outdoor furniture. Both first floor bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms are AIR-Conditioned. • Ground floor The ground floor is the main hub of the villa interconnecting all spaces and rooms. Here you will find the entrance to the building, a super bright living room overlooking the pool area and outdoors and the fully equipped, kitchen. Lots of spaces to sit and relax indoors and outdoors. • Outdoors The villa enjoys a private space of 12 acres full of olive trees and other Greek fruit trees, offering a panoramic view of Argostoli bay and the mountains of Kefalonia.The surrounding area includes a large swimming pool (11.0 x 6.0 m), sunbeds, BBQ facilities, and an open painting exhibition atelier of the owner. • Kitchen A fully equipped kitchen is present in the Villa. It features top of the line electrical equipment, stovetops, and oven, fridge, and freezer, large surfaces. Full sets of chinas, cutlery, and various pantry items are present in the villa for our guests. • Living room Two large living rooms are present in the villa. First living room, right next to the kitchen open space has two large 3 seater sofas, coffee table, large flat tv. The second living room is at the basement level of the villa, between the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own closets, ensuite bathrooms, large windows, are very bright and with their own balconies. A small living room is available on that level of the villa, a bathroom. Villa “Mitis*” ( Greek Mythology “Μήτις”) is a modern house located in a peaceful and beautiful area of “Loggos”, 1 km. walking distance from the small port of Lixouri, in the island of Kefalonia. The villa was built in 2007, outspreads in 3-floors and 250 sq. m, to house two families with children. It can easily accommodate 8-9 persons in 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 WC, a fully equipped large kitchen, 2 sitting TV rooms, inside and outside dining rooms, 4 verandas and other facilities. At Lixouri, you can get a real taste of traditional Greek life, with tavernas, olive groves, and wineries all ready to be discovered close by. The scenery here is wonderfully picturesque, rugged hills leading down to immaculate sweeping bays and quiet coves. Indeed, Lixouri is perfect if you’re after a laid-back beach holiday, as is Petani, a sheltered cove surrounded by cliffs and tall hills. In the evenings you could walk to the waterfront, and enjoy a romantic meal by the harbor. Yet another beautiful beach within a short drive of Lixouri is Platia Ammos, which sits in the shadow of tall cliffs and can be reached via a steep stairway.
