Night area: - A 1m20 high mezzanine, with a bedroom area with a double bed. - A shower room with an Italian shower, a washbasin, a heated towel rail and a toilet. Outside : - A beautiful wooden terrace of 20 m², fitted out with a dining table, a bench, a coffee table, a parasol and a barbecue. - You will have a 1000 m² garden, including 100 m² of vegetable garden, and a heated swimming pool shared with the owners.
