A beautiful property, with expanding ocean views from almost every part of the house. Hear & see the ocean from your bed. This house has a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area that looks out at the stunning ocean view. The main bedroom also has an ocean and beach outlook. There are 3 bedrooms (Bedroom 1: 1 x queen bed, Bedroom 2: 1 x double bed & Bedroom 3: 1 x single bed + a tri-bunk which consists of a double and a single on top), sleeping 8 guests comfortably. There is one bathroom, with a shower and half bath tub, which is great for small children. The laundry area also has a 2nd shower. The house is fully self contained, the kitchen is also well equipped with everything you need while on holidays. Have loads of fun on the pool table that is located in the garage. There is also a second lounge area, with another TV, great for families where you would like a separate area for children to be entertained. Foxtel and a DVD player are provided. The perfect spot to relax with a glass of local Tassie wine, fresh seafood or a sumptuous Eye Fillet sizzling on the BBQ, while enjoying a breathtaking view, with family, friends or just the two of you. You can watch your children playing on the beach from the comfort of your holiday house. The beach is great for swimming and fishing. Whether you would like a romantic, secluded getaway or a great family experience Stones Throw is the property for you! This holiday house is located in Primrose Sands which is only 45 minutes from Hobart and 2.5 hours from Freycinet/ Wineglass Bay. A perfect gateway location to stay to be able to do day trips to Freycinet, Hobart, Richmond & Port Arthur. Salamanca markets are a must do for Saturday's (based in Hobart). A 30 minute drive to the Airport . A 1 hour drive to the amazing Port Arthur region, with attractions such as Tasman Island Cruises, Port Arthur Historic Site & The Devil Park. The perfect spot to see a Tasmanian Devil, see the amazing coast line, try some world famous Tasmanian wine & then explore the history of the penal colony. Sorrel (20 minutes away) is the gateway to the beautiful East coast & Freycinet National Park. Sorrel has shops, cafe's & restaurants. Sorrel Markets are on most Sundays (due to weather). Take a 25 minute drive to the historic Richmond & the Coal River valley wine region.
