The charming house is located in Smoljanci, a small village in the central part of the Istrian Peninsula. Surrounded by typical Mediterranean countryside, it is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The large backyard (approx. 3000 m2) offers peace and quiet as well as enough space for children to play and adults to enjoy their free time. Right next to the private swimming pool (7 x 3.5 m) is a covered barbecue area with outdoor dining and cooking facilities. The interior of the house is really pleasant and welcoming, decorated in a colourful style with many personal touches. Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 7 € per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. The first floor features a double bedroom with air conditioning and a balcony offering stunning views of the wonderful landscape.
