The apartment is a good sized two double bedroom with hallway leading to the bedrooms, modern bathroom and open plan living area. Bedroom 1 is furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables. Bedroom 2 has a wardrobe and a bedside table. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster together with cookery, cutlery, dinnerware, cups and a variety of utensils for your convenience and enjoyment. The apartment is on the third floor with great views of part of the town from the living room and bedroom windows. There are six flights of stairs to climb. The University of Northampton, Waterside Campus is literally 6 minutes’ walk away. There are also two large supermarkets available close by for your every need. The popular Northampton Market Square, cultural, boot and shoe quarters are located just a stone throw away. The Northampton Rail Station, The General Hospital, Royal and Derngate Theatre, The Guildhall and All Saints Church are all within a walking distance of the apartment. The iconic Silverstone Circuit, only about 15 miles and 22 minutes’ drive by car from our apartment, is renowned worldwide as the home of Motorsport. The venue hosts among many events the British Grand Prix, British Grand Prix MotoGP, Silverstone Classic, Formula Student, World Endurance Championship, International GT Open and The Silverstone Experience. Restaurants, coffee shops and gyms are located within a short distance in the Town Centre area. The Grosvenor Centre and many high street shops are also within easy reach. There is allocated parking for one car ONLY. Please note the space is not suitable for trucks and large vans.
