It is a beautiful charming house built of firestone , with 234 sqm, set in its wine estate and looking out over Les Demoiselles de Pallus vineyards. Fully restored with central heating, this is a high standing house, peaceful and very bright. La Demeure des Demoiselles provides comfort, a functional design together with a large private garden. It is distributed as follows: - 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms wih double beds, 2 bedrooms with single/double beds. - 4 bathrooms: 3 bedrooms with walk-in shower and 1 bedroom with tub with shower. All bedrooms have separate WC or toilets separated from the bathroom. - A large and comfortable sitting room with 2 sofas and armchairs, TV, a game table (bridge). - A high standing and bright dining room looking out over the swimming pool with capacity for 24 sitting guests. - A separate kitchen open to the dining room and fully equipped: 2 dishwashers, professional cooking equipment made of a ceramic hob for 3 pots, 2 gas rings and 2 ovens, microwave, kitchen appliances, kettle, coffee maker Nespresso, glasses, plates and linens.
