The family-friendly resort of Boa Nova nestles between the fishing village of Ferragudo and the coastal resort of Carvoeiro with beautiful views, a communal pool, tennis courts, easy parking, bar and restaurant. The modern, professionally cleaned 2-bedroom apartment is tastefully furnished, fully equipped and with 130m² can sleep 4 adults and also 2 children. There are British television channels and also free Wi-Fi. There are plenty of activities in the area including sailing, windsurfing, horse riding, local walks, birdwatching, water parks, exceptional golf courses including two championship courses, Pestana Pinta and Gramacho are just a 5-minute drive away, bars, restaurants, local fishing villages and, of course, many local beaches. Several large supermarkets are nearby where you can stock up on favourite items and a modern shopping mall with clothes shops, domestic outlets and restaurants is 20-minutes away. There are two water parks within a 10-minute drive of the apartment and both run a return bus service every day (must be booked ahead of time). The theme park Zoomarine is not far, just a 15-minute drive, also running a bus service. Zoomarine's main attractions include exhibitions by dolphins, seals and sea lions, an aquarium with sharks, 4D cinema, various rides, attractions and swimming pools. The theme park is also a reception for injured wild aquatic animals that are released back into the wild once they have recuperated. If you are an animal lover, Lagos Zoo is also only a 30- to 40-minute drive away with the monkey islands being a great favourite with children. We strongly advise you to take out comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover, personal belongings and public liability. No stag/hen parties or similar groups are allowed. No excessive noise between the hours of 11pm (23h00) and 7am (07h00).
