Residencial MEDITERRANEA is located in the central area of Xeraco beach, a few steps from all kinds of shops and services, just one hundred and fifty meters from the fine sandy beach. It is a modern low construction with elevator. It has a communal pool with bounded children's puddle. The apartment in question is on a second and top floor, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, large furnished terrace with awning and views of the pool, and a private sun terrace of 60 m2. It stands out for its comfort, modern and functional furniture. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything needed to cook and set a table. It has TV, TV, washing machine, microwave, and includes parking space. Capacity 4/5 people. GROUPS OF YOUNGSTERS AGES BELOW THIRTY ARE NOT WELCOME. Pets are NOT ALLOWED. When collecting the keys, a guaranty of € 150 must be deposited to cover possible damages, loss of keys or/and non-compliance with the departure time, This will be returned 24/48 hours after sortie, and prior the review of the accommodation. The city council of Xeraco offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire beach of Xeraco (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). The Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newspapers, pharmacy, and many other services. The slope of entry to the water on the shore, is gentle, ideal for children and elder ones. It is a very familiar beach, with little traffic, surrounded by nature and fantastic landscapes. In low season we recommend having access to a vehicle in order to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marsh. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. The beach of l’Ahuir, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and native plants are to be found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, to be practiced on beaches, piers and rivers.
