Summary: Loch Sport is a water sport haven, whether it's Jet Ski, Speed Boat, Fishing, Surfing, Wake Boarding....you can do it all here in Loch Sport. Our cosy property is centrally located only a few minutes drive between Lake Reeve and Lake Victoria along with a short drive across the Causeway to the 90 Mile Beach and all the surfing you could possibly want. When you're ready for a rest from all the adrenalin rush, there are lots of other things to see and do in Loch Sport such as taking a stroll around the Marina, coffee at the 90 mile cafe, play golf, visit the National Parks that surround Loch Sport and so much more! The Space: Our property boasts 3 large bedrooms which sleep 7 people and also includes linen, towels and beach towels so you can just hop in your car and head straight up to Loch Sport without worrying about all those extra items to pack. We have also included a Sofa bed which folds out to sleep an extra 2 people ($50 extra each person), if you have a large group you wish to travel with. The property includes unlimited wifi and netflix for those quiter times when you just want to chill out. We also have numerous DVD's, books and not to mention a few board games for your enjoyment as well. When you arrive at the house you walk up a few steps to a balcony which has an outdoor setting and BBQ where you can sit and relax at any time of day or night (citronella candles supplied). It is just so relaxing sitting there chatting with your fellow guests or reading a book or magazine or even just watching the day go by.... That is the beauty of Loch Sport! It can be as pumped up or relaxed as you want! Once you enter the house, the spaciousness is deceiving by the high cathedral ceilings and you see an open plan living area which includes the lounge, dining and kitchen. The lounge area includes the sofa bed and another 2 seater sofa along with a large Smart TV, books, DVD's and games. The coffee table is in the centre and holds a frame with the wifi and netflix details for your use. The dining table looks gorgeous, fully laid with beautiful dinnerware, cutlery and glassware, finished off with a complimentary bottle of wine to get your holiday off to a very relaxed start. The kitchen is very well stocked with virtually every conceivable kitchen appliance or utensil for cooking, bbqing, to make things so easy for you to stay in and cook if you prefer. There is also a breakfast bar with 3 stools. The 3 bedrooms are very large with free-standing robes, all the beds with multiple pillows including European pillows, 4 standard pillows, cushions, throw rugs and some artwork in each room. The beds are large and comfortable, each with it's own doona and you will have additional blankets if required. The bathroom has both a separate shower and a bath which makes life easier if you are bringing young children with you on your trip and a good sized vanity. We also supply a starter set of personal amenities for each guest of Hotel Quality Shampo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Soap for that little extra luxury you deserve. The laundry is very functional with both a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan and brush. There is an external door leading from the laundry out to the back yard where children can play. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The water supply to the house is untreated tank water...perfectly fine for showers and washing dishes, however we don't suggest you drink it. We have provided a Water Cooler for your convenience with fresh water for drinking and tea/coffee. The Hot water is an electric hot water system that heats up OVERNIGHT only. Please be aware of this when taking showers as if the hot water runs out during the day, there will be no more hot water until the following morning. You may notice a switch in the back room with a note regarding the pump and to leave it switched on at all times. Please DO NOT turn off under any circumstances. Heating and Cooking utilities are supplied by gas cylinder bottles. If you are having trouble lighting the stove top or oven, please just pop out the back and to the left side of the house and ensure the connection hose is turned on to the gas cylinder. Guest Access: Guest Access is contactless via a lock box located at the property. Guests will be emailed Check In instructions 24 hours prior to their check in date which will include all the details they need to access the property. The Neighborhood: Loch Sport is a lovely coastal town located in Central Gippsland on the Ninety Mile beach and Lake Victoria. It is very popular during the warmer months for water sports including boating, fishing and swimming and 2 beaches that are patrolled, surfing and swimming. Loch Sport also has other activities you can have fun at such as Lawn bowls, tennis, golf, national parks, hiking, enjoying a massage, cafe, art gallery. The town offers amenities for locals and tourists alike including the Marina, Loch Sport Hotel, Fish & Chip Shop, RSL, 24/7 Service Station, Post Office & General Store, Bakery, Supermarket, Pharmacy and a Police Station. The Lakes National Park also is home to a variety of native animals and wildflowers such as Kangaroos, Emus, Echidnas and Koala's, so treat yourself to a trip to the National Park and get to see these native Australian animals in their native environment. Getting Around: Public transport in Loch Sport is run by Little Gippsland Coaches who run buses from Loch Sport to Sale stopping at Golden Beach, Longford and Sale 3-4 times per week. Other Things to Note: Please note in order to finalise your Booking, we will be sending you our Guest Check In form which will need to be completed, including uploading of your ID within 24 hours. Your reservation is not fully confirmed until we receive the completed form and it has passed our validation. Once your Check In Form has been passed, your reservation will be FULLY CONFIRMED. If you do not complete your Check In Form within 24 hours, your reservation will be CANCELLED. IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION: 1. ONCE YOUR RESERVATION IS FULLY CONFIRMED, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE TOTAL COST OF THE ACCOMMODATION. 2. AN AUTHORISATION HOLD FOR THE AMOUNT OF $300 WILL BE SECURED, 2 DAYS BEFORE THE YOUR ARRIVAL DATE. 3. WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS ON YOUR CREDIT CARD. THE SECURITY BOND DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE CHARGED AS A PAYMENT. THE SECURITY BOND DEPOSIT WILL BE RELEASED 7 -10 DAYS AFTER CHECKOUT, PROVIDING NO DAMAGE OCCURS, NO ITEMS ARE MISSING AND YOU HAVE FOLLOWED OUR HOUSE RULES DURING YOUR STAY. Age Requirement: Minimum 25 years old and above to book. Interaction with Guests: We know this is an opportunity for you to get away and re-charge your batteries, so we won't be getting under your feet. However it is very important to us that you do have everything to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible, so we are available 24/7 via the message thread in your booking platform.
