The house is located in Terre Bianche, located between Buje and Motovun. The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house but has a separate entrance to the yard and the apartment. Guests have at their disposal a private fully fenced garden with olive trees, a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, and a yard. The apartment is modernly equipped and consists of two bedrooms (double bed and two single beds), a living room with sofa bed for two extra people, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine, and an additional toilet. The living room has access to a balcony with a beautiful view of the historic town of Grožnjan and the valley of the river Mirna. In the rental price, guests have at their disposal: two air conditioners, wi-fi, bed linen, towels, private pool, Jacuzzi, bicycle room, barbecue, and parking inside the yard. Concerning COVID-19: Guests for this holiday home are only accepted if they can comply with the COVID-restrictions and requirements as implemented by the local government.
