On the ground floor are the functional living - dining area with wood stove for the colder months, satellite TV and dining area for 6 people. From the dining room you enter the kitchen with ceramic hob and all the utensils you need to prepare your favorite dishes. The kitchen has access to the terrace. There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron. One of the 4 bedrooms is located on this floor and comes with 1 double bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with bathtub completes the ground floor. If you go up to the first floor, you will come to a second salon. The ideal place to read or socialise with friends. There are 3 further bedrooms on this floor, 2 have 1 double bed each and 1 has 2 single beds, each wardrobe, fan and electric radiator. A shower room is available to all residents. If you travel with a baby, we can prepare a baby cot high chair on request. The house is located 2.5km from Inca, a city in the center of the island.
