Located in Saint-Cast-Le-Guildo, a pretty resort on the Emerald Coast, the Villa du Bay overlooks the countryside and is only 500 metres from Penguen beach, the Saint-Cast golf course and the coastal paths. A very privileged situation, perfectly quiet, which will be the pleasant setting for your next stay in Brittany. This villa has been designed by its owners to comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests (6 bedrooms). It offers large and luminous spaces (300m2 of interior space including a large living room of 70m2 with an American kitchen open to the dining room and the living room), several terraces to take advantage of the outdoors, a garden and complete and quality equipment. You will enjoy a clear view of the surrounding countryside and the few neighbouring houses and, from the terrace, you will even have a small glimpse of the sea. All year round, you can enjoy its covered and enclosed area with a heated swimming pool that all guests will appreciate. The Villa du Bay is an excellent choice for a family stay or a reunion with friends! Young and old alike will enjoy it. Your villa will have been prepared by the Cocoonr team who will also welcome you on site to show you around the house and its facilities and hand over the keys. Household linen (sheets and towels of 4-5 star hotel quality) is provided and your bed will be made on your arrival. On arrival, you will have everything you need to start your stay: some coffee capsules, sugar, tea, oil, pepper and salt, ... you will have to fill your fridge! The precise layout of the house and the rooms is as follows: On the ground floor : Overlooking a garden of 700 m2, the house is naturally turned towards the South and protected from the dominant winds on all its terraces. These are made of Ipe (70 m2 on the ground floor) and extend in front of the swimming pool. The indoor swimming pool (7m x 4m), closed by a bay window with locks, and lined with Ipé beaches, is heated all year round between 25°C and 28°C. 5 bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds (one 140x200 and one 160x200) and 3 of which have single beds (two with two 80x200 beds and one with three 90x200 beds). Four of the five bedrooms on the garden level have direct access to the garden. A bathroom with a bathtub + shower, a shower room (shower and toilet) and a separate toilet. On the first floor: The first floor is where the living rooms are located, overlooking the countryside to the East and South, and offering a small view of the sea to the North. A large open space of 70m2 includes the American kitchen with central island, the dining room and the living room with its fireplace and library wall. From this very bright and spacious room, you can access a 80m2 terrace for lunch or relaxation. On this level there is also a master suite with a double bed (160x200), an adjoining shower room with shower and toilet. There is also an independent toilet on this floor. On the second floor: From the living room on the first floor, a staircase leads you to a second living room dedicated to rest and relaxation, with direct access to the library. This lounge has a 94 cm plasma screen on the wall and time stands still with a breathtaking panorama, with the bell tower of Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer as a landmark.
