Located a little over an hour north of Sydney, this holiday home is perfect for families looking to escape the misery of lockdown. Situated high in the hills of Umina Hights in a quiet well healed and manicured enclave, the homes vantage point overlooks Ettalong, Umina Beach and beyond. For those of you who like to embrace mother nature with a ramble, there is direct access (from the back gate) to the expansive and beautiful Brisbane National Park and bush trails which are entirely off the beaten track! . There are four spacious bedrooms, three with Queen's and one with bunks for the little ones. The Master Bedroom has an ensuite, and it's very own Private Courtyard. It has a spacious open plan layout with the Living Room Area at one side and Kitchen/ Dining area at the other. Our Pool Area backs directly out to the Bush and enjoys total Privacy, with a Large Lounge, Umbrella and Chairs, for spectators who are looking to chill. Enjoy a glass of red on the Outdoor Couch, or at the Dinner Table on our stunning elevated Entertainment Deck. Its positioning allows you to keep an eye on the kids at the pool and take in the expansive Water and Bush views all around. So, just stop what you are doing, get here....and relax! Important: After some issues with larger groups we now only consider families with a max of 6 adults. We also no longer accomodate mutiple famalies or groups unless mature with reviews. This is something we had to agree with the neighbours or risk being closed down re: new NSW legistlation.
