Welcome to the new Casa Michelle! Contemporary feel throughout, well designed and perfect for a peaceful retreat holiday. The lounge dining area is inviting with a dining area to seat 4 and comfortable leather sofa, there is a good TV system which includes all your favourites: BBC, ITV, Movies and Sport other European languages also available. The essential WiFi is available too at no extra cost. The kitchen is fully fitted, with all the holiday let essentials making your stay easier: Dishwasher, good size fridge freezer, Microwave, oven & hob, there is a washing machine also available in the utility room. On this same level is a charming twin bedroom, with plenty of wardrobe space and a family bathroom with walk-in shower next door. Upstairs you will find the master suite, with double bed and modern en-suite with shower over bath. Following the patio doors out here is a great, spacious terrace with further seating and sunbeds. The terrace boasts lovely views of both the Ajache Mountains and the Atlantic Ocean, a perfect spot to relax and unwind in the Lanzarote sunshine. Back downstairs and through the patio doors onto the terrace you will find the well-appointed garden, with private heated pool (3m x 7m). The contemporary design with stone BBQ and artificial lawned area makes the most of the outside space, we are sure you will enjoy many chilled hours maybe with a glass or two of the excellent local wine, relaxing unwinding and making the most of this special place.
