This freshly renovated studio is the ideal pied-à-terre for your professional stays or between friends/families. Its assets: a neat decoration, its large shower, terrace and secure parking. To reach the accommodation by transport: bus stop "Libération" (in front of the accommodation) - Saint-Nazaire train station (3min by car) This apartment is composed of a large living room with sofa bed, coffee table and television. - a kitchenette with sofa and TV and a table for your meals. - an independent kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, - And finally a bathroom with a spacious shower For your parking, you will be able to park in the basement of the residence with a private place in the street of the hamlet, or in the surrounding streets. Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by one of the Guest Adom concierge team members with whom you will be in contact, who will make sure that your stay goes smoothly and give you the keys to your accommodation. The cleaning fee is not included in the price of your accommodation, so you are asked to leave it in the same condition as when you arrived. If the accommodation is not returned in a clean and tidy condition, you will be charged 50 euros.
