With a surface area of 140 m², this house can accommodate 6 travellers and is composed as follows: Living space with sea view, open and equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, shower room with shower as well as a fitted terrace offering you a splendid panorama on the sea and the horizon. The accommodation: Ground floor: - Storage room where you will find all the outdoor elements of the terrace: sunbeds, table and chairs... 1st floor: - Living room with sea view, furnished with two sofas, armchair, coffee table and a dining area with a large wooden table and its 8 seats. - The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped with a fridge, hob, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery. On the 2nd floor: - Bedroom 1 with access to the outside balcony to enjoy the view; furnished with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) - Bedroom 2 with access to the outside balcony, furnished with two single beds. - Bedroom 3 with two single beds. - Bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. Outside : - Large terrace with two sun loungers and an outside table with chairs, offering you the possibility of a quiet iodine time with direct sea view. - Balcony shared with two bedrooms upstairs accessible if you wish to enjoy the sunset over the sea.
