The villa is located on a slightly elevated, completely fenced plot and the nearest neighbouring house is more than 200 metres away, so peace and privacy are guaranteed. Look forward to a private swimming pool (8 x 4 m) with sun terrace, pool house, outdoor shower and sun loungers as well as a lawn with badminton net. The interior of the house is very modern and offers a high level of comfort. The surrounding area is ideal for extended bicycle tours and hikes through the evergreen countryside, and those who climb the mountain Učka will be rewarded with breathtaking, panoramic views of Istria. The lovely beach "Copacabana", set below the historic town of Plomin, can be reached by car within only 5 minutes. The more frequented beaches in Rabac are about 15 km away.
