The accommodation : Day area on the ground floor: - Beautiful living room of 45 m², bright thanks to its openings on the garden, furnished with two sofas, armchair, coffee table and TV. The dining area includes a round table with 6 seats. - Large open kitchen fully equipped with: worktop, dishwasher, oven, American fridge, induction cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery and cutlery... - Storeroom with washing machine and WC. Night space on the 1st floor: - Bedroom 1 with king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables and fireplace mantle. - Bedroom 2 with queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) - Modern bathroom with corner bath, double washbasin and WC. Night space on the 2nd floor: - Bedroom 3 with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) - Bedroom 4 with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) - Shower room with shower and WC. Outside : - Beautiful garden of 2,000 m² enclosed by a hedge, so that you can enjoy a quiet time in the sun. - Covered terrace with south-east/west exposure of 20 m², equipped with a dining table and a chilienne. - Beautiful uncovered terrace of 30 m². - Small terrace of 2 m² on the side of the house. You will be able to go directly to these farms to buy yoghurt, milk and various farm products. Other remarks: - The accommodation is not equipped with wifi. - Bed linen and towels are included. - Bicycle room accessible but not locked with a key. - The staircase of the house has been waxed, so it may be a bit slippery: be careful!
