There is a pleasant living room with patio doors to the terrace. The separate kitchen diner is well equipped. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom for 6 people. This is ideal for families or a group of friends. There is a restaurant in the village. You can order bread baked by the owner. A supermarket can be found in Aigues-Vives at 8 km. From the villa, you can enjoy long walks and a view of the Languedoc. You can also discover the area by bike or by boat. The villa has its own grounds that are partially fenced. On clear days, you can see the Pyrenees from the sheltered terrace. There is a sun terrace by the pool, where the sunbeds are already waiting for you. The garden is ideal for children to play. The garage is equipped with a ping-pong table. Due to the need for peace and quiet, the house is not rented out to groups of young people under 30. Swimming pool currently unavailable until the end of May 2022.
