Ideally located, you are in the quietest and greenest area of Libourne, 100 meters from the river, a few minutes from the city center, close to the road to Bordeaux, and 8 km from Saint Emilion. Our pretty 20 m² studio is independent and located at the back of our house. Completely renovated for a rich and rejuvenating stay, it is located in a privileged corner of Libourne. Small corner of serenity, a soft feeling of fullness and calm hangs in this green setting. A small path leads to the edge of the Dordogne where a beautiful walk of several kilometers will allow you to discover the flora and fauna of the region. The historic center will offer you a stroll along the quays. Our accommodation is equidistant from all the great classified growths: Saint-Emilion, Fronsac, Pomerol, Montagne, Puisseguin, Lussac, Lalande de Pomerol, La Rivière, etc., are about fifteen minutes away. With a little luck, you will be able to witness an exceptional natural phenomenon, the passage of the Tidal bore: a wave going upstream against the current which can be surfed during large swamps!
