The holiday home for rent in Salento, is on the fourth floor of a building apartment in the residential area of Baia Verde, famous seaside location south of Gallipoli. It`s surrounded by an equipped terrace, with an outdoor covered area and kitchen with barbecue grill, solarium and every comfort, so that the guests can relax outside while enjoying the view on the sea or the starry sky of the Salento nights. The holiday home is a refined apartment, in a picturesque style which is reminiscent of the Mediterranean style. It consists of a living room with dining area, a kitchenette with access to the terrace and a bathroom, while the sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom).  The apartment is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, television, washing machine and iron. The surroundings of the holiday home La Baia Attico is within walking distance from the golden beach and crystal clear water of Baia Verde in Gallipoli. The characteristic sandy beach, the lively square and town, the cultural spots and the few kilometers which divide it from towns such as Nardò and Porto Cesareo, make it the ideal tourist destintation, with many comforts and the extraordinary sea view. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 25 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Air conditioner in the hallway and in the living room. - Extra payment of euro 15 per day for 7th bed upon request. - Extra fee for heating euro 10 per day.
