This beautiful newly refurbished 2 bedroom villa is located in the popular resort of Kapparis, just 400m to the closest beach and a short walk to a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay and a peaceful holiday. Downstairs, you will find a large open plan living room, kitchen with breakfast island and dining area. The living room features comfortable sofas and widescreen television with satellite. The dining area has table and chairs to seat 6 people with large patio doors leading out to the garden and the modern kitchen is equipped with all appliances that you will require during your stay with additional seating at the breakfast bar. There is also a W/C on this floor. Upstairs, you will find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room, double bed with ceiling fans, air conditioning, TV and balcony access with sea views. The second bedroom is a twin and you will also find a further bathroom on this floor with WC and shower. Outside, the garden has everything you need for your relaxing holiday with two areas for outside dining, barbecue, sun loungers, hot tub (extra charge 35 EUR per day) and private pool, perfect for the lazy days.
