We are so excited to offer this gorgeous resort style home in Rye to our guests. All on one level and styled beautifully throughout. Solar heated pool which is fully fenced. We have five stunning bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two living areas, free wifi and netflix, heating and cooling throughout. Full linen included. Ample parking 5 minutes to all that is wonderful on the Peninsula, safe bay beaches or surf beaches, golf, Peninsula Hot Springs and local shops. Set back for a peaceful stay. A maximum of ten adults can stay at this property. 15 allowed to stay when its a mix of adults and children unser the age of 16 years. 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms. 2 living areas Undercover alfresco dining Solar heated pool Half acre block so there's plenty of room for the kids to run Ducted heating and evaporative cooling throughout Gas fireplace to the main living area. We welcome guests that are happy to abide by the Mornington Peninsula Council laws: No outside use of Short term let properties from 11pm to 7am, this includes the pool and outdoor entertaining area. All cars are to be parked on the grounds. There is car parking for 6 cars.
