Air conditioning in both bedrooms and ceiling fan in the living room. The internet at the site is 240 mega, shared among the other semi-detached houses in Villa Amendoeiras. No cable TV is offered, only TV with digital antenna. Private open space for 1 car in front of the house. Green area with communal barbecue and shower around the beach.
