Summary: This huge spacious and colourful Moffat Beach home is tucked away on a quiet street, only 6 minutes walk to the Beach, with a bonus park & playground right outside your front door! It’s extra family friendly with toys & games, outdoor pool for the kids & lots of dining, entertaining & lounge spaces for everyone to relax & enjoy (+ zoned ducted AC). With 4 bedrooms upstairs, the house sleeps 8 people all up. Get your family holiday on!! *Please note that parts of downstairs is currently not available due to renovations The Space: Bedroom layout There are 4 bedrooms; 1 Master bedroom with King bed 2 bedrooms each with x 2 singles, 1 bedroom with a Queen bed 2 bathrooms (1 as ensuite), + one extra WC located in the laundry area. All linen & towels provided. Master bedroom: A plush King size bed, walk-in wardrobe as well as private en-suite with walk in shower. Zoned ducted AC Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds, built-in wardrobe. Zoned ducted AC Bedroom 3: 1 x Single & 1 King single bed , built-in wardrobe. Zoned ducted AC Bedroom 4: A plush Queen sized bed with built-in wardrobe, a small flat screen TV. Zoned ducted AC Kitchen - Help yourself to a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with 90cm oven, gas cooktop, fridge, dishwasher & slow cooker (great for quick easy dinners after a long day at the beach!) - The kitchen offers a coffee plunger, coffee & specialty tea (Specialty coffee at one of our favourite cafes One Block Back only 400m/5 min walk) - 4 breakfast bar stools, plus a large timber dining table with seating for x6 *Please note that parts of downstairs is currently not available due to renovations Offstreet parking for x2 vehicles Internal double garage (not suitable for high vehicles) Unlimited on street parking (no meters) Laundry area Washer/Dryer Extra WC A selection of kids toys available to enjoy. Moffat Beach in Caloundra has a distinct vibe that differentiates it from its more famous neighbours like Kings Beach & Dicky Beach. While Moffat isn’t a patrolled beach & you’ll need to be wary of the waves, the sandy inlet of Tooway Creek offers family-friendly swimming. Dicky beach is an easy stroll across the sand for patrolled swimming between the flags. There is also a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema & skateparks within a short driving distance. - Walking distance to Foodworks, Moffat Beach bakery, - The famous Moffat Beach hamlet collection of cafes & restaurants are a short stroll away with many takeaway food options also available. - Maroochydore airport is a 25 minute drive - Brisbane airport is a 60 minute drive - Australia Zoo is a 25 minute drive - Kawana Shopping World & Cinema is a 15 minute drive - Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 10 minute drive - Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 15 minute drive - Downtown Caloundra is a 5 minute drive - Noosa Heads is a 40 minute drive For more photos visit our Insta @welcomeready Guest Access: You'll have access to the majority of the house, there are some storage areas that are locked off. If you're after a larger gathering, this home is not suitable. Because this is a quiet residential area (and we are obligated to ensure Sunshine Coast Council noise restrictions are adhered to), any breaches to these policies will result in you and your guests being removed from the home without a refund. Pool depth - 1 metre in the front & 1.8-2m in the deep end Fence height - 1.8 m in most parts Interaction with Guests: We will give you all the space you need but are just a phone call away and 5 mins down the road should you need anything.
