Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Villa Bazaruto Villa Bazaruto is a comfortable bright holiday villa, located in Patroves, Albufeira, only 3km from the best golden sandy beaches. This one storey home has a private heatable swimming pool (heating available for an extra charge) table football and table tennis. This property is sure to be a great setting for a wonderful holiday. The villa, with free Wi-Fi, has 3 bedrooms (1 double with an en-suite bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower and 2 twin bedrooms). All 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning and besides the en-suite bathroom there is another bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower and a service washroom. The open plan lounge and dining area is spacious and perfect for relaxing indoors away from the heat of the day. There are 2 sofas and a dining table to enjoy your meals. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would require for preparing meals during your stay, including a hob, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and utensils. Doors from the living room lead you to the relaxing outside area of your holiday home. The pool terrace and lawned garden are ideal for taking time to soak up the wonderful Algarvian sunshine on the sunbeds around the swimming pool (pool heating available as an optional extra), perfect for refreshing dips and cooling off. Al fresco dining is a must during the warm evenings and you have a typical Algarvian barbecue on which to prepare your meals and then sit and admire the beautiful evening sunsets. For a more energetic option, you have the ping pong table and football table to spend fun days and memorable evenings together. All amenities including restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are just a short drive away. The fantastic sandy beaches of Castelo, São Rafael and Gale are also just a few minutes’ drive away, providing an excellent choice for a day out. The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Pescadores beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive. Car Hire is recommended and if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. ***Please note that for alteration of dates there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €150 to cover all administration costs incurred.***
