This nice apartment is located in the beautiful private park of the owners, surrounded by olive, citrus and pine trees. The park has a swimming pool and tennis court, available to guests during their stay. The apartment comprises a spacious living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed which has a door opening onto the garden and a bathroom with window. In the living room, in addition to the dining area, there is a sofa bed that turns into 2 single beds or a second double bed. Outside the house is a patio with a table and chairs where guests can relax and admire the views over the Gulf of Naples, sipping local wine or dining by candlelight. This park, with the main house and two cottages for guests, is located in an ideal position to reach the major attractions of Campania: Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples, Capri and the Sorrento Peninsula. Vesuvius is a machine in only 15 minutes, but also on foot for hikers Within the private park, there is the possibility to park the car close to the two cottages. For those who prefer coming to Naples by train or plane, and give up the car, we can provedere to transfer to (and from) the Villa; while for local movements, the bus stop is right across from the park gate. This new cottage Villa has just been rearranged to meet the great demand of hospitality that our family has for many years.
