This location is 15mins drive to Parramatta, 30mins drive or by train to Sydney Olympic Park / Blacktown. This one storey 5 bedrooms house is very comfortable for family, group, friends, travellers, workers. There are 2 carspace at front of the house and free off street parking nearby. There are 5 bedrooms each has 1 Queen bed. There are 2 full bathroom, one bathroom has standing shower over the bath and another bathroom has standing shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge, kettle, toaster, sandwich press, plates, bowls, cutlery, crockery, cups and glasses. The lounge room is open to kichen with TV, sofa, dinning table and chairs. There are washing machine, iron and iron board. There are ducted airconditioners, standing free fans and downlights. The back undercover verandah attach to the house has outdoor table and chairs. Baby friendly home with change table and baby cot in 1 bedroom and a portable seat in a bathroom to fit on top of toilet for kids The front gate is lockable. Linens, towels and beds are only provided enough for number of guests booking. This is not a party house. Wedding and family events with noise and music during the day is ok as long as no loud noise after 9pm Check in from 3pm, early check in $50 apply if available. Check out latest 10am or $50 fee apply. Late check out must be asked in advance as our housekeeper is schedule in on time 10am on check out date. We don’t accept below: 1. More people than number of guests booked. All bookings are required to book for number of guests come in the house, not number of guests sleep over. 2. Night time stay inside the house with doors and windows close and reduce noise level to neighbours. Strictly from 9pm: No loud music/noise/talking/argument or fighting at the backyard, front of the house and in front street all which affect neighbours. Don’t book this house if you party through out the night. We will ask you to leave with no refund. 3. Guests are required to pay for house DAMAGES if any. Few things to note: * Indoor shoes only inside the house, no high heels as the timber flooring get scratch easily * Avoid eating in bed * No Pet * All appliances, air-conditioner, heater (except fridge) to turn off when no one at home * If you stay on Monday evening, please pull out garbage bin to the street like the neighbours for collection early Tuesday morning. We really appreciate this. * Guests don’t have access to garage * All Guests must follow our check out requests on the fridge, general tidy up, wash all dishes, all rubbish to large bins at the back of the house * Please be aware Corvid travel restrictions, lockdowns, pandemic are no longer considered extenuation circumstances after March 2019. Our cancellation policy still applies in case of travel restrictions due to Corvid. Therefore, please make sure to read our cancellation policy carefully before booking and purchase travel insurance in case of lockdowns and other Corvid related cancellations Sometimes we replace new furniture, linens and decorations to refresh the house but don’t update our pictures
