The space The property is located in the heart of Rye. Step outside and you are right in the thick of it. But inside it's a tranquil, large, interesting and simply lovely space to be. The grand, ground-floor doorway off Needles Passage invites you up a staircase to the first floor where you'll find a lovely shower room with ultra-soft, white, cotton towels, a large kitchen from which you can enjoy breakfast or a coffee overlooking Needles Passage. The newly fitted kitchen has a vaulted, heavily timbered ceiling and is fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Dyson stick vac, iron, ample storage and good quality utensils, cutlery and crockery. There's also a coffee pod machine for convenient and good quality coffee and portable Bluetooth speaker for listening to music / podcasts. Continuing up the property you'll find an expansive living room with large comfy sofas and a leather club chair to enjoy reading, socialising or watching TV with Netflix provided. There's an adjoining dining area with stunning Indian throne chairs and a table to seat 6 people. On this floor you'll also find a separate king-size bedroom with a lovely window seat to enjoy views over The Mint. Following the stairs further upwards there's a second king-size bedroom with an adjoining third bedroom containing two single beds.
