Escape to this beautifully appointed two-storey, three-bedroom family holiday house in a central court location in Anglesea. Leave your car at the house as a short walk takes you to the main shopping centre and cafes, or enjoy the stroll along the riverside boardwalk to cafes, restaurants and the main surf beach, this is patrolled in the summer months. An ideal home away from home with all the conveniences you would expect to find in a family holiday house. Relax in a light filled, open plan living and dining area downstairs with a wood burning fire. A north facing deck with BBQ and outdoor setting allows you to enjoy the tranquil setting among the gum trees with abundant bird life. Upstairs is a separate retreat where the children can watch TV or select from an extensive range of books and toys, including Lego and brio. There are three well-appointed bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with a TV & DVD player. The second and third bedrooms each have two king single beds and built in robes. The family bathroom downstairs contains a bath, shower, vanity and toilet. An additional toilet and vanity are located upstairs near the bedrooms. All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”.
