Our beautiful apartment is right on the door step to Liverpool One's Shopping Centre and just a 15 minute walk to the Albert Dock. * Keys collected 5 minutes from the apartment * **Important Note: A parking permit is required at the property and it is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to make sure this is displayed. Please make sure the parking permit is displayed when using the parking space.** The Space: This wonderfully modern apartment has comfy double beds in the bedrooms and sofa beds in the living area, perfect for families! We offer a 50" inch TV to watch Netflix on whilst you kick back and relax along with a fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom, wifi and secure parking! Guest Access: Guests have full access to the apartment, yours to call home! The Neighborhood: We are located in the right between the thriving business district and shopping and leisure area of Liverpool. Our apartment is within walking distance of all major attractions and taking the car is certainly not necessary! Avoid the hassle of taxis and buses and stay right in the heart of the city with your own luxury base to call home. Getting Around: With FREE permitted underground parking! Our apartment is a short 10 minute walk to Liverpool One Bus Station and Central Station. Other Things to Note: *Please note, as we are software-connected Host we charge a £250 damage deposit via a pre-authorisation on your credit card. This is taken outside of Airbnb though is fully compliant with Airbnb’s policies. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. **Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.** Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. Interaction with Guests: We never meet with guests as we like to give them as much space and privacy as possible but we are contactable 24/7 if required.
