An upper deck level and a wrap around exterior with covered front and back porches make the exterior! A large living room, dining bar, full kitchen and half bath make the top interior level and a pass-through room with bunk beds, a private bedroom and a bath with a shower make the bottom interior level. It includes a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, Keurig with varieties of flavors, smart TV, extra pillows and linens, soft towels, quality paper goods, lots of lighting & windows throughout for your viewing pleasure. You may even bring your own boat and park it right beside it. Launch at Forsythe Levee, located directly across the river. During the months the water is low (July to December) you will have 2 sets of stairs to walk down. It is important that you or your pets are able to make the walk. Its about 50 steps. When the water is high (January to June) you will still have 1 set of stairs to walk down. About 25 steps. Please know the water doesn't rise and drop over night so during the transition stages the number of steps varies. Contact me if you have concerns.
