The small house (1988) renovated in 2016, 5 seats, has a kitchen, a living-dining room, and two bedrooms on two floors, with wooden staircase and 2 bathrooms and 2 WC including 1 separate. All household electrical equipment described above are duplicated. Ping pong table. The villa overlooks the golf course at the 3rd hole. The garden has been completely redone, with automatic irrigation in 2012. The clubhouse of the golf, the center and the shops of Hossegor are distant 800 m. Access to the beaches (2 km, Hossegor and Capbreton) can be done by car or bicycle.
