Ideal for families and large groups! 3 floors + 1 very large unfenced garden: On the ground floor: - Large vaulted living room (former stable) including bar, large fireplace, billiards and living-dining room (large table allowing everyone to eat together) - TV lounge with fireplace, table football, multiple board games for adults and children, DVD - Large new fully equipped kitchen - 1 bathroom (shower) - 1 separate toilet - 1 laundry room with dryer, washing machine and all the equipment for your raclettes, fondues… - Garden of 1000 m² with terrace and barbecue. Duvets, blankets and pillows are provided. Either you bring your sheets / duvets or we can rent them for you. The rental includes the duvet cover, the fitted sheet and the pillowcase (10-12 € per bed). Nearby in winter: Orelle-Val Thorens ski resorts (3 Vallées area): cable car 10 minutes by car; Valfréjus, La Norma or Aussois (20 min by car). In summer: Vanoise Park: hiking; Mountain biking, cycling, climbing, via ferrata, paragliding etc ... And Italy only a few km away!
