Warm & Inviting Home in a Great Location

Please note - THIS IS A SHARED HOME. I live in the basement full-time. Both guest bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and the main level is the kitchen, living room and dining space. I use the kitchen, but otherwise try to stay out of the way and give my guests their space and privacy. Great end-unit town-home with lots of light in a very convenient location. About 15 minutes to downtown, LoDo, RiNo and just across the street from Cherry Creek. Close to lots of restaurants and retail and backs to a park. Both bedrooms have king-size beds, private en-suite bathrooms and TV's with Roku. I have Netflix and YouTube TV. I also provide fresh sheets and linens and I have soap/body wash and shampoo available. This is a comfortable and convenient home to enjoy your stay in Denver. Entire house is 420 friendly.
