A spacious 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa, ideally suited for family groups, is located in Caramujeira just 6kms from Carvoeiro and 500m from Albandeira Beach. The property is located in a lovely rural area, a tranquil setting albeit well located near beaches, restaurants and shops. The accommodation is set over two levels and sleeps 12 people comfortably - it is 650m² in size and is spacious and airy. It is professionally cleaned prior to every arrival. The first floor comprises two master bedroom suites. Each suite has its own bathroom, sitting room and small kitchenette. The bedrooms are both large and the beds can be configured as super king-size beds or twins. The bathrooms comprise bath with shower, sink, WC and bidet. There is a large terrace with sea views and views over the swimming pool and garden area. On the ground floor there is a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living room with terraces off the kitchen and living areas. There is also a large utility room. Two of the four bedrooms on this level are also master suites with bathroom, sitting room and kitchenette facilities. The other two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There is a king-size bed, two kings that can also be separated into twins and an extra long, super king-size bed. On this level three of the four bathrooms have bath with shower, sink, WC and bidet. The remaining bathroom has a large walk-in shower, sink, WC and bidet. Three of the bedrooms on this level have terraces. The kitchen is a modern fitted kitchen with two Siemens ovens, Siemens microwave, Siemens hob and extractor, LG American fridge/freezer and two dishwashers (Miele and Bosch). The utility room has two washing machines. Air conditioning is available and provides heat during the winter The villa is located in a large plot with a swimming pool and large sunbathing terrace with sun loungers and shading. The pool has a wall separating the pool and pool terrace from the rest of the plot but parents with small children must be vigilant whenever there is a swimming pool. The pool has a small shallow paddling area. In the main pool the depth ranges from 1 metre to 2 metres. There are two barbecue areas with plenty of space for everybody to gather and eat. The garden is mature and there is a lot of seating available around the villa and in the garden. The villa has wireless internet and television is provided through an internet-based service with a large number of channels including UK, Irish and sports channels and other International channels. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. The villa has parking available on-site and is professionally cleaned to a high standard prior to every arrival. Albandeira beach is a 10-minute walk away and there are lovely walks along the cliffs just 200m from the property. Carvoeiro is 6kms away by car, as is Lagoa. There are numerous supermarkets and shops in both Carvoeiro and Lagoa. Suites Alba (200m away) has a restaurant and bar which is open to non-residents. In Benagil, which is just 1.5kms from the villa there are five restaurants serving food throughout the day. Local beaches include Albandeira, Praia da Marinha and Benagil. The beaches of Carvoeiro and Armação de Pêra are just a short drive away. Other attractions/activites in the area include two waterparks, Zoomarine sea life/amusement park, various water sports, boat trips and numerous golf courses. The owners of the house live onsite and are available to assist guests where required.
