Strictly NO pres, parties or events allowed in the house. Only the number of guests booked are allowed in this house at all times. The neighbours are very quick to contact us if there is excessive noise and also the police. We will contact you to ask you to leave immediately. We will not be refunding you for the remaining of the stay. Quiet Time is after 9PM every night. I love interacting with all my guests - don't hesitate to call or send me a message via the app. I'm usually always very close by if you need me in the event of an (unlikely) emergency! The home will be vacant (Furnished of course along with the amenities) and it's a private self-contained fully serviced unit ALL TO YOURSELF. You WON'T be sharing it with any strangers during your stay.
