Stunning sea views over Chesil Beach- Pebble Watch

Quirky cottage with amazing sea views over Chesil Beach with lots of outside space. This house is ideal for a family holiday to explore Portland & Weymouth. We have rented for many years through various holiday companies. We have a slightly unusual set up with regards to parking and bedroom so please do read the description fully- but if it's sea views you are after, its doesn't get much better than this. KITCHEN: The property has a fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine and dishwasher. There is a dinning area attached to the kitchen. FRONT ROOM: Smart TV with Freeview and a few board games. Downstairs there is also a separate toilet and separate shower room. BEDROOMS: There are 3 bedrooms. 1) Main bedroom with king bed, access via sliding door. Views over Chesil beach. Hairdryer. 2)The second bedroom has single bunkbeds- please note this is a small room and no window. 3)The third bedroom is small with single bed. Views over Chesil Beach. BATHROOMS: The main bathroom is upstairs with a toilet and shower/bath. Downstairs there is a single toilet and separate wet room with electric shower. All linen and towels are provided durning your stay. OUTSIDE SPACE: The garden slopes down the hill and is set on multiple levels. The main paved deck, entrance level, has hardwood table with seating for 6, perfect place to sit and watch the many sunsets. On the lower level, a shed/snug with indoor seating, astroturf and an outdoor seating set! There is also a roof deck accessed from the upper level of the house, this is also astroturf and has a bench facing the sea. GUEST INTERACTION: This listing is managed by the owners daughter Eleanor. She is easily contactable for any questions, bookings, recommendations and any queries you have durning your stay. We also have a local caretaker/cleaner who can be on site if any issues do so require. Before arrival, a key code will be given for the key storage box to gain access to the house. LOCATION: The property is located centrally to Portland, it is possible to walk to Chesil beach, shops and pubs- as long as you don't mind the walk back up the hill. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions about this property! There is plenty of things to do and see around Portland. The peninsula is connected to the mainland by Chesil Beach and the ferry bridge. Portland Harbour was home to the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic sailing events. Many sailing & windsurfing schools now operate if this is something that interests you. Portland is a great place for walking, with many clifftop walks, old limestone quarries & Portland Bill. There are also coves and beaches that are great for exploring. Portland has a few great pubs and restaurants such as The Cove Inn & The Crab House, some are walkable, but there is also a good local taxi company. Weymouth and surrounding areas are also in each reach by car, the local bus service is also very good. In the house you will find many leaflets and brochures of local days out, e.g. Portland Lighthouse, Monkey World, Sealife. A car is recommended. However, it is perfectly possible to enjoy time here without one if you make use of the bus services and don't mind a walk.
