You can park up your tender at the back door of your holiday house, or if you don’t own a boat why not hire one for your stay and enjoy the delights of Busselton via the water. The Deck Bar and Restaurant is a short motor away through the canals, or if you are feeling a bit more adventurous, visit the world-famous Busselton jetty via boat after a day of fishing on the bay. If you are more of a land-lover, the restaurants, café’s, pubs and attractions of Busselton are only a short drive away. If it is wineries and breweries you are after, the Margaret River Wine region is easily within day-tripping distance. You can self- drive or get one of the many tour operators to pick you up at your door. Ask Exclusive Escapes if you need any recommendations on places to go or tour companies to use. The house itself is a spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home with enough living area to put the kids upstairs whilst the adults enjoy sunset drinks and a BBQ in the downstairs living area and outdoor patio. It has ducted air conditioning throughout the house to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter, and there is a fireplace to keep you warm and cozy during the cooler months. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan. Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores. Please note that although the property is pet friendly and is fenced to the road-side it does back directly onto the water and there is no fencing between the rear yard and the canal. Linen is included with every booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bath mat, hand and face towel(s). This property is self catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided. School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year. Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
