On the mezzanine floor there is the sleeping area consisting of 4 bedrooms of which 1 single, 2 double with en suite bathroom, 1 quadruple room furnished with double bed + sofa bed, also with en suite bathroom. Air conditioning is in all bedrooms and in the living room. The surroundings of Villa Elmar in Otranto The Villa Elmar holiday home is located in Otranto, just 400 meters from the center and the popular city beach at the foot of the historic center. The coast of Otranto offers many enchanting coves, long beaches such as those of Alimini , and places of unspoiled nature such as the Baia dei Turchi. The The historic center of Otranto is a treasure trove of wonders to be discovered, along whose streets there are also numerous bars, restaurants, craft shops and commercial activities for shopping. Near Villa Elmar there is a paid secure car park (about 50 meters). - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 25 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - There is a private staircase, not visible on google maps, that arrives at the sea, which is 150 meters away.
