Norwich City centre is just under 15-minutes drive away, and offers an array of attractions. After a busy day out guests can look forward to unwinding in the luxurious jacuzzi hot tub! For avid golfers, there are three different courses all within reach, with the closest course less than one mile away. Woodside House is pet-friendly and offers driveway parking and a car port at the back of the property with space for at least an extra 3 cars. THE SPACE Located on outskirts of Norwich in Costessey, Woodside House offers 7 homely bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, dining room, lounge, 4 bathrooms with a large patio and garden area at the rear of the property. The property consists of 1 king-sized bedroom (with ensuite) and 6 double bedrooms (2 with ensuites). All the bedrooms have been thoughtfully decorated, with storage space for clothing and luggage. One of the double bedrooms on the ground floor is directly beside a wet room bathroom, and has direct access from the front driveway through it's own private entrance. This bedroom would be good for the elderly or for those with mobility issues. On the ground floor, the living area features ample comfortable seating, and benefits from a smart television allowing guests to access all their favourite streaming services such as Amazon Prime and Netflix (guests need to provide their own login details). The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with utensils and amenities, including a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. Ideal for evening family meals, there's a large gas cooker and stove with dining available in both the kitchen and sun room. For warmer days, the sun room opens out onto the beautiful patio area where guests can enjoy some alfresco dining making use of the outdoor furniture. In addition to the two ensuites, there's a family bathroom with bath and shower, a separate shower room as well an extra WC in the cloak room. Washing machine and dryer are also available in the cloakroom. Out through the patio doors guests will find the stunning garden and BBQ area. Spend sunny afternoons relaxing in the hot tub, before enjoying evenings with friends and loved ones sharing meals and drinks. For some extra peace and quiet, there's an adorable wooden shelter at the end of the garden, a perfect spot to read a book and getaway from it all.
