The lovingly furnished holiday home is one half of the semi-detached Villa Rosa and is situated in Simius, in the southeast of Sardinia, only a short walk from the sandy beaches. The 65 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bunk bed and a single bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning, cable television. A children’s bed and a highchair are available on request. On the first floor, the balcony with views onto the sea invites you to start the day with coffee, while the private outdoor area on the ground floor boasts a covered terrace with seating furniture and a lush garden with trees and sunbeds, as well as a little play area for children. Here you can relax in the sunshine and spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty dinners from the stone barbecue. Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants can be reached by car within 3-5 minutes and are located in Villasimius and Simius. In Villasimius you will also find a pharmacy. After a 4-minute drive or a 12-minute walk (1 km) to the nearest beach Spiaggia di Simius, you can bask in the sun and swim in the blue water. Spiaggia di Is Traias is a 7-minute drive (2.8 km) from the property. The region’s hilly landscape is also ideal for hiking or cycling activities, while the scenic Capo Carbonara peninsula with several wonderful beaches and charming seaside towns can be reached after a 10-minute drive (4 km). The bustling city of Cagliari lies a 70-minute drive (60 km) west of the property, and the international airport is also a 70-minute drive (63 km) from the holiday home. Street parking is available. Electricity is included in the price (on condition that consumption is adequate for the number of guests). Pets are not allowed. Bed linens can be provided on request and for a fee of €10 per person per stay, while towels cannot be provided.
