This is a 3/2/2 with a boat house, that sits on Canal 5. Direct access to Lake June which is Highlands County's premier lake for recreation, boating, fishing & skiing. Bring your boat or jet skis on your vacation and tie up in the boat house, and the trailer can be parked next to the garage. Access to the boat ramp, community park, nearby golf and restaurants. Close to downtown Lake Placid - a quaint friendly town known for it's: murals, lakes and caladiums. Sleeps 7: Queen in the Master, twin beds in bedroom 2, bunk beds and a full size futon in bedroom 3. Placid Lakes Golf Course is just around the corner! We are located in the center of the state also knows as the Heartland. With less than a 2 hour drive, you can plan a day trip to Tampa, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Fort Myers, Sarasota and St. Petersburg! So much to do and see!
