Villetta Puglia Salento Maldive Pescoluse

The villa is rented for holidays in Pescoluse and is 300 meters from the beach. The detached chalet is on the ground floor and is accessed by a large enclosed outdoor space (more than 70 sqm) with a parking space inside. The holiday home is surrounded on two sides by a large porch (50 sqm). It is equipped for outdoor living: a cool porch accessible from the kitchen and two bedrooms, an outdoor bathroom that includes only a shower and a washbasin with a washing machine, table and chairs for garden and barbecue. Inside, three bedrooms (2 double / twin, 1 bedroom with bunk bed for two persons), a bathroom with shower and a kitchen. The house is fully furnished except linens and towels (linen rental). Additional beds, baby cots, bed linen, bicycles (on request) are required at time of booking. The use of the washing machine is exclusive to the villa. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, which is to be consumed (Kwh). Hot water is produced by solar panels. Pets are welcome and no supplement is required only for respect for the home and quiet of the neighbors.
